Privacy Policy

I will only use your shipping/billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order and for legal reasons (like paying taxes).  I  DO NOT have access to your payment information such as credit cards and bank information, used through Stripe, Paypal, Apple pay, etc. That information is retained by the payment processor and not Azure Owl Stitchery.

 

Please note:

• Azure Owl Stitchery is a home based business and does not accept visitors due to insurance liability, business licensing, local zoning permits, as well as for security reasons. We only do business through online sales.
  

• All products are photographed in natural lighting.  Since computer monitors differ, colors may vary.

• All products are stored in a pet free, odor free environment (plastic bags or bins). We may occasionally add lightly scented lavender sachets, into our storage bins, to help keep pests away from the yarn or fiber.

• Azure Owl Stitchery is a registered business.  Prior permission from Azure Owl Stitchery must be obtained for involvement in third party contests, giveaways, promotional events, marketing or use of Azure Owl Stitchery product photos, liknesses, or services.  Azure owl stitchery reserves the right to decline any of the above mentioned requests.
