Thanks for visiting and shopping at Azure Owl Stitchery! Customer service is important to us and we appreciate and value your business. Before placing an order, please feel free to ask questions to avoid any unnecessary refund issues, fees, etc.
Contact us right away with any issues or concerns you may have, within 5 business days of receiving your order. I am more than happy to work with you to help resolve any issues or concerns. Please feel free to contact me through the contact page or by emailing me at [email protected]
All products are inspected prior to being listed for sale. Products that have issues with stains, tears, odors, etc., will NOT be offered for sale. On occasion, I may list an item as "discounted special" if it has minimal issues, such as being a partial skein or pattern that has been cut but sill in usable condition.
Shipping
- Calculated by weight
- Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, (Monday -Friday), weather permitting, and excluding holidays.
- No shipping on weekends, holidays, during bad weather (snow storms, flooding, etc.), unforseen illness, or family emergency. I will put up a notification in the shop in any of these cases.
- I DO NOT hold packages for mailing at a later date.
- NO Changes permitted once an order is placed and processed.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, Azure Owl Stitchery is not responsible for re-shipping costs.
I ship withing the USA via USPS First Class mail , USPS parcel select or USPS Priority mail (over 15 oz) only.
I am unable to ship to Canada or internationally at this time due to excessive postage rates and long shipping times.
I am NOT Responsible for any losses due to theft, lost packages or damages incurred during shipping. All packages are handed directly to post office employees. I can't be held responsible for the actions of the post office past this point. Insurance is included with priority service but can be purchased at an addiational cost to the buyer before shipping. Please leave a note with your order if you'd like to purchase insurance.
For any issues with lost, stolen or damaged packages, please contact your local post office.
Payments
- Prices are listed in USD (US Dollars)
- We accept major credit cards, Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, Paypal credit and Apple Pay.
We DO NOT accept checks, cash, money orders, virtual currency (bitcoin, crypto, etc.), wire transfers, e-mailed credit card information or payment via mail.
Coupon Codes
- Must be entered at checkout. No exceptions.
- Can only be used once per customer unless otherwise specified. Additional orders using the same or duplicate coupon codes will be cancelled or refunded.
- Cannot be used on gift certificates or special orders.
Sales taxes:
- New Jersey residents are required to pay sales tax. (6.625%)
- All other states, that currently collect sales taxes, are also subject to collection of sales taxes.
